Shira cannot go to Disneyland for her sixth birthday so the Help Fill A Dream Foundation is bringing Disney to Shira.
A cast of Disney characters that include Mickey, Minnie and princesses will be the special guests to celebrate the little girl who lives with the muscle degeneration and weakness of spinal muscular atrophy. At six Shira has already celebrated five more birthdays than the average child born with SMA.
The Help Fill A Dream Foundation will present Shira with a new stroller at her Disney party on June 12.
