Ted Balderson and RileyJuly 11, 2018
When a child is diagnosed with a life-threatening condition a family’s focus becomes their child, their medical appointments and treatment; there’s no time for anything else. We were very happy to invite Riley Jupp and his family to our office to receive a special gift from Ted Balderson. After receiving his very own custom Inkedbot, Riley and his family had no idea that they would spending an evening together as a family watching some good ol’ Victoria Harbour Cats baseball in Royal Athletic Park.
Tonya, Riley’s mother, let us know how much fun it was for the whole family to get of the house and enjoy a Harbour Cats game. Riley got to throw the first pitch of the game and became best buds with Harvey the Harbour Cat. Needless to say, Tonya and her family are very grateful for the amazing night out.
Ted surprised them with the tickets and surprised us with an announcement that he plans to donate $50 to the Help Fill A Dream Foundation every time the Victoria Harbour Cats turn a double play at a home game. Further, Ted let us know how much he appreciate the work we do with children all over Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. He believes that it is important to do what you can to help, and we can’t thank him enough for his generosity.
We would like to thank you Ted on behalf of the Help Fill A Dream Foundation and Riley’s family for supporting us!
